These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Newspace website and the garage clearance services we provide in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, and Henderson, Nevada. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
On-site and remote estimates are free. Quoted prices are based on the information you share — square footage, item volume, access, and disposal type. If conditions on the day of service differ materially from what was described (e.g., significantly more volume, hazardous materials, restricted access), we will pause and confirm any price adjustment with you in writing before continuing.
For safety and legal reasons, our crews cannot remove:
We're happy to point you to the right local disposal partner for anything we can't take.
You confirm that you own the items being removed, or have clear authorization from the owner. You're responsible for providing safe access to the work area on the scheduled day. Anything you want kept should be clearly marked or removed from the work area before we arrive.
We donate first, recycle second, and only landfill what nobody else can use. Once items leave your property, title transfers to Newspace and we make the final call on disposition. We do not provide individual donation receipts.
Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, card, ACH, and major mobile wallets. A signed completion sheet acknowledges that the work was performed as agreed.
Newspace carries $2M general liability insurance. We'll repair or replace property we damage through our negligence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items concealed within materials being removed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
The content on this site is for informational purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or republish it without permission. Do not use the site to harass our team, attempt to access unauthorized data, or interfere with its operation.
We may update these Terms as our service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
